The JFTC Decision in Qualcomm

On 13 July 2019, Tadashi SHIRAISHI delivered a talk on JFTC’s Qualcomm Decision in March. The JFTC revoked its Order of 2009. I would analyze, in principle, that the Decision denied the notion, “the more reward, the more incentive to innovate.” Thanks to Commissioner Reiko Aoki for the organization of the panel at the Japan Law and Economics Association.
